Human Pangenomics

The pangenome, or the total compendium of genomic characteristics for a given species, is a powerful tool for the study of microbial communities, plants, and animals. This talk will explore the recent progress and applications of the pangenome to the analysis of human health and disease, as well as its future developments for broad-scale human population genomics.
