Following the signing of a framework agreement between the University of Bologna and the University of Waseda (Tokyo), the Ravenna Campus will host as visiting scientist Prof. Haruko Takeyama, Director of the Biomolecular Engineering Laboratory and expert in cutting-edge techniques on single cells, including applications in the field of Marine Biotechnology.
To mark this occasion, a workshop has been organized featuring Prof. Takeyama's group, with remote participation, alongside researchers from the AlgoLab (Algae Biology Laboratory), belonging to BiGeA Department and CIRSA, who have been working on blue biotechnology for some time. It will be held on March 21st at the Ravenna Campus and online at this link:
