Correlative microscopy combines the advantages of different techniques to facilitate an enhanced characterization of samples. Scanning electron microscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy are powerful methods for investigating surface structures on the nanometer scale. Confocal Raman imaging is a nondestructive, label-free approach that can chemically identify the molecules in a sample in 3D.
The presentation will show the hybrid techniques which can be realized with the WITec 3D confocal Raman imaging system.
